Structure:
Frame: MS (Mild Steel) square tube section, welded frame.
Wall Panels: 1mm GI sheet outer cladding with 9mm–12mm interior MDF/plyboard or PVC panels, insulated with 50mm rock wool or thermocol.
Roof: Sloped roof with GI sheet and insulation, leak-proofing sealant applied.
Flooring: 18mm waterproof plywood base with vinyl/laminate finish.
Doors & Windows:
One main steel/flush door with lock.
Two sliding/push-type aluminum or uPVC windows with safety grill and mosquito net.
Electrical Fittings:
Concealed wiring with modular switches.
LED lights (2 Nos), ceiling fan (1 No), AC provision, and sockets (2–3 Nos).
Painting: Exterior painted with weatherproof enamel, interior with washable emulsion.
Other Features:
Work desk and chair (optional).
Electrical DB with MCBs.
Provision for grounding/earthing.
